SHOULD GM ONLY GIVE UP?

Should Gm just give up? Gm is suffering badly just like the other two big ones. I think it is sick that taxpayers are giving so much money to a company that will obviously be unable to pull themselves out of this. Gm has finally started making some great cars like the newer corvettes and cadillacs, but they decided to shut down their performance division, the one actually responsible for coming up with these beasts.
