I HAVE A 2000 CHEVY IMPALA FELLS SIMILAR TO A TIRE UPON RIGHT SIDE IS JUMPINGWHAT COULD IT BE?

i have a 2000 chevy impala fells like the tire on right side is jumpingwhat could it be? i have changed the cv axil, cross arm bushings ,top motor mounts,and checked the bottom motor and trasmission mounts both good. i have rotated the tires and nothing seems to stop the jumping or shaking on the right side.and my lug nuts are tight.
