MAJOR CAMARO PROJECT ? HELP!?

Major Camaro Project - Help!? My wife and I want to upgrade her 1996 Chevrolet Camaro RS 3800 Convertible. Our goal is to twin-turbo it, essentially making it the fastest Camaro in the area.
